QuickBooks Online setup — $700
For business owners who want to manage their own books, but want the system set up with them first.
We'll look at how your business gets paid and what you need to track. Then I'll set up a new QuickBooks Online file for your business, organize the accounts, connect the agreed bank and credit card feeds, and configure sales tax tracking if you're registered.
We'll use a few of your real transactions to walk through what you'll do during the month and where to find your reports. You'll receive a working file, a live walkthrough, and a short monthly bookkeeping checklist you can use on your own.
The $700 price is for a new or mostly empty file. If you already have records that need correction or history to move over, I'll review that work and quote it separately.
Annual budget and cash flow forecast — $1,200
For business owners who want to see what their plans could mean for profit and cash.
We'll start with your current numbers and talk through expected client work, regular costs, planned spending and the timing of money coming in and going out.
I'll build a 12-month budget and cash flow forecast with the assumptions visible, so you can change them as your plans change. We'll review the model together and identify the months or decisions that need a closer look.
This project works best when your current books are usable. If they need attention first, I'll tell you what needs to be sorted out before we build the forecast.
Catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping — quoted after review
For businesses whose books need work before the next month can run smoothly.
Maybe several months haven't been completed, or maybe the transactions are there but the balances don't make sense.
I'll review the file and the records available, then give you a fixed quote for the work needed to bring the books to an agreed starting point. You'll know the scope and price before the cleanup begins.
