  • No bookkeeping or accounting knowledge is required. We keep the process streamlined and explain anything that requires your input.

  • We’ll confirm which systems and access are needed and guide you through the setup. If we recommend changing your current system, we’ll discuss it with you before any work begins.

  • Your bookkeeping records are stored and managed using established cloud-based accounting and file-storage services, such as QuickBooks Online. Access is restricted, and multi-factor authentication is used wherever available.

    Payments are processed securely through Stripe, so Toronto Accounting Co. does not directly collect or store your payment-card details. You can read more in our privacy policy.

  • That’s fine. Bookkeeping and tax services work together. We handle the ongoing monthly bookkeeping and provide organized records for your accountant.

  • We’ll reassess your bookkeeping needs as your business changes. If another package or additional work is required, we’ll explain the options and confirm the price before proceeding.

  • You’ll receive your monthly reports and a written completion summary confirming that the month’s work is completed.
